These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions for the sale of goods on www.valentinasboutique.co.uk. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. 

1. Prices
All prices are displayed in Pound Sterling

Orders of more than £200 - 10% off

2. Shipping

All items in stock will be posted within 24-48 hours. While we endeavour to hold as much stock as possible, there are times when we sell out of a particular item and your order may take up to 3 weeks to get to you. Once you have ordered you will be notifited of the time of despatch or any possible delay within 24 hours. If you need an item very quickly and can not wait, please email us for availablilty valentinasboutique@googlemail.com.

First Class Royal Mail- £1.99, delivery approx. 1-3 working days after dispatch.


Special Delivery Next Day - Royal Mail Special Delivery - This guarantees delivery to mainland UK addresses by 1pm the next working day, costs £6.99 (up to 2 kg. only). If you have selected Special Delivery Next Day to a UK address and ordered by 1.30pm UK time, your order will arrive the next working day after dispatch. If you place an order for Special Delivery Next Day on a Friday, please be aware that your parcel will not definately be delivered on the Saturday morning, however most parcels still arrive the next day. If not please expect your parcel on the Monday morning.

International Delivery Charges
Valentina's boutique ship to Europe via Royal Mail Service (up to 2 kg), however you need to e-mail us, as the delivery cost is dependent upon the size and weight of your order and the destination country.

Orders placed at the weekend and Bank Holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Items wrapped carefully - from odourless enviroment.

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. If the item is returned to sender you will be charged again for re-delivery

3. Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, through PayPal, (no paypal account necessary), Cheques, Postal Orders and Bank Transfer

Postal Orders/ Cheques:

- payable to Heavenly Nites LTD;
- don't forget to include the notification print out or item code when sending payment
- we can not be held responsible for postal orders/ cheques lost in the post

Bank transfers/cheques:
- items will not be processed until after your payment has been received/ cleared (normally 4 - 7 working days).

All credit and debit card payments are 100% secure through paypal / google card processing, your card details are never shown on our site.

If you choose to pay through Paypal - the amount will be taken from your card instantly, even if item is out of stock, if through Google checkout - only when the parcel is ready for despatch will the money be taken. We recommend you to use Google Checkout.

4. Return Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it in its original undamaged packaging with labels intact and unsoiled within 7 days for an exchange or credit note or refund.
We reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee for any cancelled or returned items +£1 per item.

It must be free from the smell of smoke, perfume, or any other odour. It should be as it was when delivered to you. Lingerie without labels, in damaged packages or that has been worn can not be returned. We don't accept returns on knickers, teddies, hoseiry or thongs for hygiene reasons.
Please e-mails us before returning goods and wait for authorisation
For items returned postage will be responsibility of the customer and please include a receipt/note inside with returns.
We don't accept unauthorised returns.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

As long as these conditions are met, we will happily offer a refund for the returned item.
Faulty lingerie Garments - all garments are thoroughly checked right through the manufacturing process and again checked by Valentina’s boutique prior to dispatch
If the return conditions are not met then the goods will be returned to you & no refund will be given.

5. Lost/Delayed Parcel

Royal Mail classify the parcel as lost after 15 working days within UK, and 28 day overseas. Sorry we cannot gaurantee delivery times (unless the parcel is sent by Special Delivery Next Day Service) unfortunately it is out of our control. Please contact us if you haven't received your parcel after this time from our despatch notification

6. Age of consent
By purchasing Novelty products from us,you declare that you are 18 years of age or above or have the legal right to possess adult products in your area or community.

7. Customer Service
Any problems - then please contact us valentinasboutique@googlemail.com within 2 days of receiving items! 100% satisfaction guaranteed - we can always sort out any problems.

We will NEVER pass any details of any of our customers on to third parties. Our goal to sell lingerie - not infomation

All dear customer: Let us make our earth more green. We are TRY TO BE GREEN and will stop sent any paper invoices out. It will good for everyone and Make Our Earth More Green. But if you need a print receipt please request by sent a email or add note to you payment page, and we will sent the receipt with the item or email to you if the item has been ship out. Thank you for understanding.
