Order quantity- we have no minimum order value for all businesses big or small, exception is J Valentine (min. £200), Sensual Mystique (min.£100), and we import weekly from North America to offer our customers the fastest possible delivery times
Returns are accepted on faulty items only within 7 days of receipt and we will only exchange faulty items like for like not for an alternative. We cannot accept returns for any other reason, without exception. All returns must be agreed in advance by email and a covering letter enclosed with the return. We will be pleased to assist with any sizing, material or colour queries prior to ordering should you require this.
